ABOUT US

At The Center for Whole-Person Wellbeing (CWPW), formerly Integrated Wellbeing Consulting (IWC), we believe that wellbeing is about so much more than any one part of our lives. Our mental, emotional, physical, and social health are deeply connected, and so are the experiences, relationships, environments, and circumstances that shape who we are. We believe meaningful support begins with recognizing those connections and seeing the whole person.

Our work is rooted in a genuine passion for helping people, organizations, and communities feel supported, connected, and empowered. Through individualized coaching, recovery and grief support, organizational consulting, education, program development, and community-based resources, we help people navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and discover practical ways to nurture their wellbeing.

Our team brings together years of professional and lived experience across public health, mental health, education, prevention, recovery, and organizational wellbeing. We have a particular passion for supporting individuals navigating mental health concerns, substance use and eating disorder recovery, grief and loss, life transitions, and the unique experiences of students and student-athletes. We also partner with schools, workplaces, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to create programs, resources, and environments where people feel valued, included, and supported.

We know that no two people, organizations, or journeys are exactly alike. That is why we do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. We take the time to listen, understand what matters most, and work alongside those we serve to develop thoughtful, realistic strategies that honor their experiences, needs, values, and goals. Our approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, evidence-informed, and grounded in the belief that everyone brings strengths worth recognizing.

Above all, we want CWPW to be a place where people feel welcomed just as they are. A place where conversations are met with compassion, challenges are approached without judgment, and wellbeing is understood as an ongoing journey rather than a destination or expectation of perfection.

Because at the heart of everything we do is the belief that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, valued, and supported.
